Collins Publisher House provides ghostwriting, editing, publishing, marketing, and related author services. All services are subject to separate project agreements, quotes, and timelines agreed upon between you and our team.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or project details. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Work begins once agreed milestones and payments are confirmed. Refund eligibility depends on the scope of work completed and the terms specified in your individual contract.
Upon full payment and project completion, ownership and usage rights will be transferred as defined in your service agreement. Collins Publisher House retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Collins Publisher House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
